Hi. Been a while since we posted here. Been an amazing summer so far. People are coming out and doing the hot yoga in this wonderful weather. So nice to see people keep up their practice. We will be adding some 7am classes in the fall and kids yoga as well as pre-natal yoga coming up soon also. Garrison is doing great, looking good, almost finished reno's. Hope to see you all soon in the HOT ROOM!
